Katherine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Over the years, she has helped individuals of all ages navigate life transitions and overcome life’s challenges. It can be a powerful tool to have someone walking alongside you, to encourage you, to support you, or to just be there with you. Katherine’s therapy style is collaborative and supportive, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Katherine believes that we are all different and have unique experiences. Her approach is tailored to each individual to help you get back on track so you can live your most fulfilling life according to your own personal values, priorities, and goals. She uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, solution-focused, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She brings compassion and understanding to create a warm and non-judgmental safe space to help facilitate meaningful change.
