I am a Licensed Psychologist at Colony Care, providing services to college-aged and emerging adults. I graduated from Springfield College in 2014 with a BS in psychology and then continued at Springfield College for my PsyD, which I received in May of 2021. During the course of my professional training, I have worked predominantly with college-aged adults. I prioritize remaining authentic, genuine, and transparent in all of my therapeutic work. While engaging in individual therapy, I take a person-centered, humanistic approach to the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills. I believe that it is extremely important to therapeutic work to meet each of my clients “where they are at” and to tailor treatment to each person’s individual needs. It is my goal to always practice through the lens of cultural humility and identity affirmation.
I specialize in working with individuals who have already received a diagnosis of ADHD or who suspect that they may meet diagnostic criteria for ADHD. I also specialize in working with individuals struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression.
During the course of my professional training, I completed clinical practicums at Connecticut College and Springfield College, my pre-doctoral internship at the University of New Hampshire, and a post-doctoral residency at Keene State College. I worked as the staff psychologist at American International College, and have also worked at the Haffey Center in Amherst where I assess for and treat ADHD.
