I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who uses an integrative approach to promote healing and wellness. I believe foremost in building a safe space and trust with my patients to help them make fully informed choices about their care. I collaborate with my patients to develop holistic and individualized treatment plans to help them live more balanced, full lives and take control of their health.
I provide medication management and/or psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy. In addition to my conventional training, I am trained in a functional medicine approach through the Walsh Research Institute in using nutrient therapies targeted to your individual biochemistry for healing. Through my holistic approach, you may be able to decrease doses or eliminate the need for psychiatric medication, depending on your treatment goals. I am qualified to treat through the lifespan, but primarily work with adults who are motivated to better manage anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma responses. I enjoy providing therapy around life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
Education: I graduated summa cum laude from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Minor in Chemistry and received my Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. I completed training through the Walsh Research Institute in September 2022.
