Amanda Sideri is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who prioritizes collaboration with her patients to develop holistic and individualized treatment plans. Amanda believes foremost in building a safe space and trust with her patients. She believes in assisting patients to make fully informed choices about their care. Amanda provides medication management services and/or psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Amanda also has a strong interest in complementary and alternative treatment modalities and nutrition.
Amanda’s clinical interests include treating adults struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma. Amanda also provides therapy around life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. She accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Tufts, and United Behavioral Health insurances, as well as self-pay clients. She provides telehealth services to patients located in MA and NH.
Amanda graduated summa cum laude from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Minor in Chemistry and received her Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Amanda has ample experience providing care to patients of all ages at inpatient, outpatient, and residential levels of care.
