Greg Hard is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Greg received his Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, his Master of Health Science in Mental Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital and has clinical experience across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and residential programs.
Greg provides comprehensive mental health services to both adolescent and adult clients, with a particular interest in adolescent psychiatry and college mental health. Greg has experience treating mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, trauma and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Greg has a particular interest in treating early-onset bipolar disorder and behavioral disturbances in youth ages 12 and above, including ODD, DMDD and reactive attachment disorder.
Taking an interdisciplinary and integrative approach to mental health and wellness, Greg incorporates humanistic, behavioral and mindfulness approaches along with thoughtful and collaborative medication management options for his clients. Greg believes in utilizing all tools available to help his patients achieve optimal results, including medication, psychotherapy and holistic approaches, as well as emerging treatments that are often of interest to his clients, such as ketamine therapy and neurotherapeutics.
