Keri Marinelli, PMHNP (she/her/hers)

I am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for delivering trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and gender-affirming care to children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of psychosocial and behavioral health concerns. I utilize an integrative approach that is rooted in my personal belief that people are best understood within the context of their lives and from the stories that they share, and so my foremost goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for my clients (and their families) to tell their story. Treatment planning is a collaborative and dynamic process that may include any combination of complementary and alternative practices, lifestyle/dietary modifications, psychotherapy, and traditional medication management when appropriate.

I received my Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in Medicine, Health and Society and my Master of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. I completed all my advanced clinical training under the preceptorship of a Harvard Medical School and Brown University Triple Board-certified child & adolescent psychiatrist and pediatrician, with a focus on providing affirmative, psychiatric care to transgender- and gender-diverse youth with complex psychosocial needs. In addition to my time at Colony Care, I work with children and adolescents in both outpatient and residential community health settings.
