I am committed to providing a welcoming, safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for clients to help promote growth and healing. I incorporate a client-centered, strength-based approach utilizing a range of techniques grounded in evidence-based practices. Together we can work to identify and make progress toward treatment goals while developing skills to manage life challenges. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children facing challenges with social/school anxiety, chronic illness/pain, depression, parenting, divorce, life transitions, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and adjustment.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Boston University, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Regis College. I am a Master’s level clinician. Together we will collaborate to identify positive coping strategies and empower you to work toward your goals.
