Health Nurse Practitioner. Naila worked as a psychiatric nurse for five years before obtaining
her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and graduated summa cum laude.
Naila has experience working in community mental health, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient
practice, and consult psychiatry. Naila understands the struggles of finding the right psychiatric
provider for her patients and wishes to provide the best evidence-based care. Naila sees
patients 18 and older. Naila offers a thorough diagnostic evaluation and provides
pharmacological medication management as well as supportive therapies. She takes into
consideration patients’ culture, religion, gender, sexual orientation and more when treating
them.

Naila enjoys incorporating complementary and alternative therapies into her practice such as
aromatherapy, deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness. Naila is passionate about exercise
and its profound impact on physical health, as well as anxiety, depression, and stress by
improving self-esteem and self-confidence. While physical activity is not a substitute for mental
health treatment, when needed, it is undeniable that it does play a significant role in our
emotional and cognitive well-being.
