Nancy Seldin, LICSW (she/her/hers)

I earned my master’s in social work from Boston University in 1996. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for 25 years, helping individuals navigate feelings and challenges that accompany major life events. While starting therapy can feel daunting, my goal is to create a safe place where problems can be worked on together. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative and pulls from a variety of frameworks, leading with client strengths. My goal is to help guide a client toward reflective thinking, processing, and positive action towards self-care.

I work with clients facing a variety of situations and challenges including anxiety, depression, strained family relationships, infertility, pregnancy, motherhood, postpartum, adjusting to college, empty nesting, aging parents, grief, and loss. Whether you are looking to improve relationships, find balance in your life, decrease anxiety, or address other concerns, therapy is a place to gain skills to navigate these life challenges.
