Nicole Nocera, LMHC (She/Her/Hers)
I provide individual therapy with clients across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds. I utilize various evidence-based treatments including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, trauma-informed approaches, and motivational interviewing, depending on each client’s specific needs. I collaboratively treat various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and ADHD. I consciously work towards creating an inclusive, affirming, culturally responsive therapeutic space. Honoring each person’s intersecting identities and unique experiences is a crucial component of my holistic approach.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from The College of the Holy Cross. I then received a Master of Education Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. I currently hold state licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
