Tara Conklin is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner supporting individuals and families in addressing mental health challenges. She has a master’s degree in nursing from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. She provides medication management for adolescents and adults and has experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and other trauma related conditions.

With her holistic and patient-centered approach, she works collaboratively with patients to develop a treatment plan to meet each individual’s needs. She seeks to empower patients with information about their mental health conditions and treatment options, including medications, lifestyle adjustments, and psychotherapy. Tara honors that you are the expert on your own life and experiences.

Tara practices social justice-informed care and is particularly passionate about working with those who identify as women, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC. She has expertise in perinatal mental health and can help patients throughout the process of growing their families.
