Billing and Insurance Information

Please be sure to provide us with complete and accurate information about your insurance, and we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. We recommend you contact your insurance carrier to confirm your benefits and understand your out-of-pocket responsibilities.  Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Please pay out-of-pocket amounts through the AdvancedMD Patient Portal at https://pp-wfe-102.advancedmd.com/156401/account/logon.  Please use your email and password created upon registration to access the portal.  In the portal, click the Bills icon to view your statement and make payments securely. We ask all clients to keep a form of payment on file by marking the checkbox to do so on the Pay My Bill tab and authorizing the card for automatic billing. With any questions regarding your statement, please contact our dedicated billing service by sending a message through the patient portal with the subject “Billing & Payments.”
